Odds and Ends

1. There should be some kind of universal law that says people should not be allowed to cook or eat things with a foul, lingering odor in public (ex. any kind of fish). Someone in my office has microwaved fish and the smell is lurking over to my cubicle. It is making me nauseaus ( Read more... )

Oh, ew. That reminds me of when a man in one of my classes was on a tuna diet and brought it in every day. I know it isn't a terrible smell but, hoo-boy, not something I'd like to think about at ten in the morning.

I just put my thumb up to my nose to test. ;)

the thumb thing doesn't seem right somehow...
now here's the thing about food. it may take seven seconds to get to your stomach but when you have morning sickness it seems to take less than a nanosecond for food to go from your stomach back to your mouth and out again. figures.

thanks!!! I am so much better than I was. I was sick a lot from the beginning of the pregnancy to 20 weeks and now it is just every now and again fortunately. I can live with that!
