So my arm band came in and I just finishedy first day of couch 2 5k.. I made it halfway of the running and walked the rest. I am so hot and sweaty but feel so good about myself!!!
Couch 2 5k is 30 mins of walk/run increments. It's start walking for 5 mins and then 8 increments of run for 1 min then walk for 1.5 mins and once that's finished 5 min
