SORRY I TOOK SO LONG TO ANSWER!

I um... I started out with wire to shape it and then I glued fabric on top of it. At the con the wire kinda fell out but the shape held. :C I wish I could be more helpful than that.

Interesting! So did you start with a shoe, or did you do it from scratch? What kind of glue did you use?

Yup! I started with Flats and built around them. I used hot glue but I would suggest another glue because it didn't stick for very long. E__E
