I keep running into these odd job placement scams or semi-scams while applying. You'll see a perfectly legitimate job opportunity, fire off an email, and then be inundated with a bunch of sign-here kind of nonsense. Today I got one that may or may not actually prove useful- it's some IT consulting firm, but in their rejection letter the guy
