Really? What else did he do, eat a sandwich? This gay took somebody else's basic right to live, and he is still free to do whatever he wants. The 25 mil lawsuit is nothing, I hope BART is crushed with much bigger fine. I don't understand why is BART left to "investigate" their own crime.
