My suggestion to you is that you do this work out in the morning every other day so you have a day to relax after a morning excersise. Maybe instead of the work out evermorning, on your off-day, go on a morning walk or something of that nature so you are not totally worn out everyday. Just a suggestion to my dearest bestest friend.
