You know what I love? Coming home after staying at a friend's house to find the entire contents of my closet tossed on the hallway floor. Apparently there's a leak in our building and the landlord sent his lackeys to come fix it. Of course they didn't call or anything, they just let themselves in while my roomate was in the shower and went to work
