I had a good time talking to you. I like seeing a fresh perspective on defense law.

The City has its charms, though. At least it's an interesting place to be randomly warped to.

Well, there seems to be no real way to avoid curses, but I think it's no use to worry about them until they come either.

Sorry, I didn't mean to upset you, sir.

Los Angeles is a far ways off, though. I'm from Japan, and my name is Amou Tsukasa. It's a pleasure to meet you.

You just... put up with it, really, if you get cursed, and try not to get upset.

Law... Well, it's not always that relevant here in the City. Although there en't always a lot of trials going around.

o crap you just broke apollo's law-obsessed brain. blazingjustice August 9 2008, 06:33:24 UTC
... Wh-What?! What do you mean it's not relevant..?!

I mean... We don't exactly have a formal code or anything. The police just try to track down people who hurt other people.

And... Well, there are some trials, but a lot of the really bad criminals... well, they're hard to capture, let alone keep 'em in the jail.

This City is a lot more than alive. It's sentient.

I'm sorry, it's just... A lot of people I talk to look at me funny when I talk about this place having some kind of power independent of the deities. But... It wouldn't be too surprising. My world is the same way.
