[Ren's currently off in one of the rocky canyons, using her Bankai to smash rocks and train.  She's been there a while, so her momentum is faded slightly, but she's still hitting pretty hard.  Can't get any stronger without effort.

She's not paying much attention, except to her training, so she might be surprised by anyone that stops by to see what's going on.]
