Quick question -- What does Ulquiorra call Ichigo?

By what name does Ulquiorra refer to Ichigo? (Kurosaki? Kurosaki Ichigo? Irritating trash?)

Either "shingami" (he kinda likes callling people by their race, occupation or gender) and in some rare instances "Kurosaki Ichigo". But I can't remember exactly, though, if Ulq always used them interchangably or if he only upgraded to the later during the dome fight.

Then again, with Orihime, he only used "Inoue Orihime" once or twice early on, and then mostly went with "woman", so it's hard to tell if Ulq if choosing one mode of adress over the other always means the same thing wih him.

I'd stay away from the "trash", though, since KT dropped that completely once Ulquiorra reappeared after his landing in Karakura.
