Your match is absolutely Izuru Kira. Not only does he have most of your likes and turn-ons, he has the hero-villian (defend his Captain, and therefore look like a jerk to some and loyal to others) thing going for him, too! I think he would go with your personality very well--and maybe drag you out of your shell with some alcohol, hmm? XD. He also has none of your turn-offs--if anything, he's shy and humble!
I think Kira would be a great match for you though I also think that Hisagi would be a good pair. They are both kind and in what you alre looking for in personality I think they would be perfect. But since you prefer blonds im going ot have to go with Kira (though i love Shuuhei)
