I would have to say your match is the Vizard Kensei Muguruma. He's proven to be an effective leader and a kind man, but like you said in your own dislikes, he has zero tolerance for childish behavior. Sadly, per your physical description, he doesn't have dark hair...but at least his eyes are brown! He also seems like he needs somebody to listen--or to at least listen to others so that they can calm him down when his temper flares. Also, on a trivial note, since you would like food on your date, well, he does cook for Shinji and company!
