Idk, I'm leaning more towards Soifon. Being blunt and learning from your mistakes made me think of her, as well as the bottling-up-emotions-and-explodingboom! part. I also see her in your This or That and she just fits, lolz. :D

Though there are a couple things that don't fit, gonna go with Soi Fon. Being blunt and honest is very her, I think, and so is the very practice of bottling up your emotions. Your maturity, reserved nature, realism, and preference to work by yourself also strikes me as very Soi.
