You strike me more like Shunsui. While he's very laidback, I do believe that he has a strong sense of justice and honor, and he doesn't harbor ill will towards people unless they become hostile. I also see lots of Ishida, but I don't think he's the type to have procrastination as a best friend. xD

I was going to agree with Shunsui but actually I was thinking more Ukitake especially for your strong points, this or that , the first quote and the description of your personality.

I was thinking Tousen for a large part of your application, but overall I think that Ukitake fits better. He, also, has a strong sense of justice, but he's decidedly more laid-back than Tousen is. Though as a captain, he is a leader, he seems to fall into more of a follower's role a lot of the time, especially around Yamamoto and Shunsui. He's very optimistic, but that optimism is tempered by realism. He's also a combination of shy and confident, modest and bold.
