Hmm to begin with your dislike of not being able to help people struck me as Ichigo-like but looking closer you actually have a lot of Kaien properties. Especially your strong points (wanting to help people solve their problems); your this or that answers (leader or follower stood out at me), excect the being shy around new people. And the description of yourself too

I'm seeing a lot of Hanataro. Your strengths and weaknesses fit him very well--he likes to help people, is a good listener, likes solving problems, and tries to cheer people up. He's also defensive, overly trusting, and I can see him easily forming a dependency on people. He's very immature, but still knows when to sober up, and is also happy being a follower. During his time with Ichigo's group, he started out very shy up eventually opened up to them. And he's very modest and optimistic. Oh, and you personality in three words--Happy, odd, dorky.--fit him perfectly.
