Likes: Reading, writing, hanging out with friends, action & adventure movies, fairy tales in their most twisted versions, singing, music, people with a strong sense of humor, animals, fencing, winning/succeeding at something that I find important, being able to take care/do something for someone who's important for me.
Dislikes: Being taken for granted, people who can't laugh at themselves and don't tolerate jokes, people who can't decide and can stand there for hours without making a choice, animal cruelty, bigotry of any kind. People who after insisting in a reasonable way still don't take a 'no' for an answer.
Strong points: Sense of humor or the ability to laugh at myself even when I'm at my worst; I don't like saying 'intelligence' because that sounds a bit conceited, but I'm fast to get things (I may also be incredibly dense with things that concern me in particular, though); I have a thing for taking care of people and I find that I'll fight harder for them than I would for just myself. I jump into things head first and I'm enthusiastic.
Weaker points: Patience (I have little to none), a terrible temper if I'm hungry, complete procrastinator if I'm not interested in something, an appreciation for beauty that can end up making me seem superficial, can be un unsufferable goody-two-shoes sometimetimes, the sense of humor can sometimes make me utter the worst possible remark at the most inappropiate moment, sometimes cynism. Sometimes I jump too fast into things and as I look for a way out I keep repeating didn't think this through, didn't think this through, but I keep doing the same at the next chance some things I just I never learn. XDD
Hobbies &/or Talents: Writing, singing, fencing, going to the movies, hanging around with a friend and get tea or ice-cream (better if it's both), I guess I am good with people as well, I may talk my way into just about anything, I'm generally good with animals, and I can pull off a pretty good public speech even if I'm nervous - I'll be able to not show it.
Favorite color: Blue, specially light one, because I find it soothing. I also have a certain affinity with crimson.
Favorite animal: Canines - dogs specially.
Favorite season: Autumn.
Mature or Immature: Generally mature, but if I'm in a good mood and around friends I don't mind letting myself be a little bit immature to have people play with me a bit or pamper me once in a while.
Leader or Follower: Leader, even though I'll take an order if I like it or trust the person who's giving it.
Outgoing or Shy: Outgoing.
Confident or Modest: Confident, but I guess with some modesty because I try not to boast at all about what I am able to do in a given situation.
Optimistic, Pessimistic, or Realist: Optimistic realist. I have my feet firmly planted on the ground (or I try) but I try not to lose hope and keep finding ways to fight back against a situation I don't like. However little the chance of winning I may have, I still have to push it and try.
Low, medium, or high energy level: Medium. (Though if I'm happy I'll be medium-high.)
Goals in life: To become a succesful author, or maybe be succesful in whatever other career I end up in after whatever turn of events. To be able to take care of those I love and keep them happy if I can, probably have kids as well and some more dogs. To be able to see interesting things and parts of the world, and hopefully never lose interest in any of those things. Yes, I know it's going to be difficult and it's going to be long - but never giving up the fight is part of the fun. :)
Favorite quote & why: 'May the Force be with you.' Hopeful, warrior-like, mythic! What did I tell you about laughing at myself? XDD
Describe your personality in three words or more: Confident, loud, caring.
Favorite character & why: Ishida. He is proud and confident enough for my liking, but it seems there's so much more to him than just 'a character with glasses'. Also, he cracks me up like you wouldn't imagine (that's probably what makes him win), and I love the contrast between his apparent seriousness and then those dork/damsel-in-distress moments.
Least favorite character & why: I don't think there's anyone I really dislike. But if I have to pick someone it'd be Hinamori, because even though I like that she doesn't stop fighting against all odds, you also have to know when to let go. Plus nobody likes a whiner.
Anything else: Uhm... yes. The lyrics I put in the LJ cut belong to the Kamelot song that's named Soul Society. It's a fantastic one, in case somebody doesn't know. :D Have I mentioned I'm a heavy metal fan?
