Once upon a time in Soul Society...

Name/Nickname: Ashley. I prefer Vinny.
Age: 18

Likes: books, video games, toast, philosopy, etc.

Dislikes: Crybabies, attention whores, spoiled people in general.

Strong points: I'm a pretty good judge of character. I pride myself on it.

Weaker points: I can be incredibly lazy. Don't get me wrong, I know how to get something done, the problem is when I do do something I tend to give it 95-100% or nothing at all. I don't see the point in doing something if I can't do it right. Also, I have a pretty bad temper. People that know me and see the early signs of one of my rages tend to take cover. Fast. Oh, and since it seems like more of a hinderance than, a good quality, I'd say my pride. It tends to make me look like an asshole most of the time.

Hobbies &/or Talents: writing, reading at super speed, understanding languages I hardly speak, & photography, to name a few.

Favorite color: Neon pink

Favorite animal: Snakes. People tend to associate them with darkness and evil, but I'm always drawn to how exotic they are.

Favorite season: Summmer. People are just as easy going as I am.

Mature or Immature: Depends on my mood and the situation at hand.

Leader or Follower: I prefer leadership. When I'm in a group I tend to annoy people because I do things my own way.

Outgoing or Shy: Depends on the situation. I try to be outgoing in most situations, especially when I meet new people. It's called 'ACTING' children.

Confident or Modest: Somewhere in the middle. I don't like to brag too much, but if I actually think I've made some sort of accomplishment (rarely happens) then I won't hide it

Optimistic, Pessimistic, or Realist: Seeing how I always tend to work my way around how the world really works, I'd say I'm pretty optimistic with little sprinkles of pessimism on top. When I'm up. I'm UP. When I'm down. I'm pretty down.

Low, medium, or high energy level:
Spans from medium to low. I don't like to loud and rambuncious without a real reason. Give me one (like disscussing plans for an incoming revolution) and you won't get me to shut the hell up.

Goals in life: To finish writing my book, The Volitairian Manifesto, become a photography, figure out that whole love thing, to meet and interview my favorite band The Mars Volta. The first two are more realistic and primary. The other 2 will either happen or they won't.

Favorite quote & why:
"God damn it, an entire generation pumping gas, waiting tables; slaves with white collars. Advertising has us chasing cars and clothes, working jobs we hate so we can buy shit we don't need. We're the middle children of history, man. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our Great War's a spiritual war... our Great Depression is our lives. We've all been raised on television to believe that one day we'd all be millionaires, and movie gods, and rock stars. But we won't. And we're slowly learning that fact. And we're very, very pissed off."--Tyler Durden

Yeah, I hate to be all 'predictable rebel' like and give you a Fight Club quote, but
1) The movie and book have a nice place in my heart and
2) It summarizes what I think of our society in one (very Chuck Palanuik) paragraph.

These are the kinda things that I'm preoccupied with. This sorta thing that fuels my pride. If I don't believe in it. I don't do it and the only reason that anything like that could be a hinderance to anyone, would be in a society like ours that feeds of greed and decedance.

Describe your personality in three words or more: Opinionated. Loyal. Visionary.
- I could on for hours about my opinion.
- Once I'm close to someone I tend to stand by them unless they REALLY fuck me over.
- I'm all for change and justice or whatnot, but I'm not completely irrational about it.

Favorite character & why:
Very tough. I love the Arrancar. Particuarly Grimmjow, but I think my favorite character would actually be Uryuu Ishida. I think he's one of those people who prides himself on self control, but can sometimes have a hard time maintaing it. (He has alot of comical outburts.) I also relate to him a little bit when it comes to him and Ryuuken. His father has a set path that he wants him to go on, but Uryuu is totally intent on going his own way. I commend him for that.

Least favorite character & why:
Aaroneiro. He really had me going there. Poor Rukia. THough, to be fair if there was anyone to blame it'd be Aizen. I admire him, however.

Anything else: I'm a Gryffindor. Out of fandom. Don't care.
