You sound a lot like Soi Fong to me. I think some of your likes, your strenghts, weaknesses, either/or section, and three or more words point to her. Also, you want to be powerful which seems to me like Soi Fong wanting to be powerful and better than Yoruichi.

At first I was going to say Hiyori for your dislike of people and over all crankiness but she's really loud and you don't seem like a very loud person. So I'll have to say Soi Fon because of not really being friendly on the surface but actually being quite soft on the inside. She also fits your either/or answers too.
