Take a Step Outside Yourself

I had a really amazing birthday. My parents spent the weekend here and my mom and I put in a garden.  I am now growing tomatos, cucumbers, eggplant, basil, thyme, jalapenos, rosemary, and cilantro. Yum.

Whoot Whoot! Your blog just made me all warm and fuzzy happy for you. Amazing how growth just sort happens over time while we are busy doing other things. You sound fabulous - which you are! Glad to hear you had a great birthday and that the boy and the parents get along. I can't wait til I get to meet him =)
By the way - your garden is adorable and sounds delicious. I have just recently learned the joys of using egg plant in my rice sauces -what an astounding vegetable that one is =)
