Well, thats because i have good news!

Yesterday evening, i put a deposit on a place just across the canal from Portobello College. Tisa nice gaff too... A housewarming will ensue, i estimate ETA at April 8th though i will update soon closer to the time to confirm and give directions (easy as they are!)
