hopefully if these things grow popular, they will keep them separate from good old fashioned cemeteries.

I don't think there's anything wrong with it. It's not obtrusive or obnoxious. The screen is behind a door, there are no speakers, and it only plays when you tell it to. Visitors who aren't looking for it won't even see it.

Now, could some rich jerk hang a giant plasma screen on his family mausoleum someday? Probably, but hopefully the cemetary's management will be sensible enough to draw a line somewhere.

true. but the idea seems distracting to me. cemeteries are just one of those things better left untouched by modern electronic thingies. eh...

I tend to agree. A cemetery is a restful and quiet place. I realize these things are headphone operated...but, they just seem to disturb that stillness I go to a cemetery for just by being there....they just feel out of place to me.
