So I had the symphony band audition today. I messed up a few times, but Mr. McCoy was brimming with compliments and even went out to rave about my playing to my mom, so I guess this means I did well. He asks me every time if I'm taking private lessons and whenever I say no (which I always do because I've never taken any), he flips out and says, "
