The Chiodos show last night was amazing.
So I got there around 7:15 and saw Tracy's mom, Jeff (who I haven't seen for at least a year and a half), and Mark getting out of the car. After my mom finally let me go in, I met up with Julie, Sydney, Susan, and Tracy inside. According to them, I'd only missed one band who was "acoustic and crappy." The band that was currently playing was called Small Towns Burn a Little Slower (check out what I'm listening to right now). Susan fell in love with them and got their shirt later and got them to sign it. The singer danced really cute-like while they were playing, and I liked them quite a bit. They have a CD coming out on, I believe, the 26th. Check them out -

After that, Royden took the stage. Syd kept trying to tell me it was "REyden," but it's ROyden. So get that straight. They were amazing and we were right in front. I swear the singer was looking right into my eyes part of the time. He has blue eyes; they were very pretty. They played four songs back-to-back and the singer danced around the whole time. Awesome. I bought Royden's CD, and so did Jeff, because they were excellent. Syd bought their shirt.

This is Royden ^^^. The one in the middle is the blue-eyed singer and the one next to him with the scarf is the bassist - I think he's one of the cutest people on the entire planet (or, like Julie says, he's "Seasame Street cute").
Next was A Second Too Late. Not my favorite, but good. They had some really good parts, and then some was like, "What is this metally crap?" But I liked them. They're playing a backyard show today I wish I could attend, but I can't. We talked to one of the guys who was wearing a Sea World shirt (that's right!) and Syd said, "Wow, your singer's really cute," and he said, "Yeah, you know, no one ever says I'm cute. It kind of pisses me off." So Syd said, "No, you are cute, but he's cute in a little boy kind of way, and you're cute in a man sort of way." Hahaha.

Okay, then it was time for CHIODOS. Oh, man. They were incredible. Mark was freaking out and singing along and so was everyone else. They played "One Day All Women Will Become Monsters" and "The Lover and the Liar," which was so exciting. Two kids who looked to be about six started a mosh pit. The keyboardist had shoes just like my dad's, and I told him that. Chiodos should've played longer, but it was great, and I got a T-shirt. Julie and Tracy got hugs from Craig and they nearly died. It was way cute. He pet Tracy's head. I shook his hand, but it was all sweaty. So cool.

Then The Weakend played -

She was scared to ask him, though. Aw. Then we got harrassed by Sea World Guy again about going to the Warren show. He was really nice, but I can't figure out who he reminds me of. Then I said goodbye to people, chased down Mom's car and got money for my Chiodos shirt, bought that, and left. I was, as Syd would say, "elated." I know a lot of you are sitting there going, "Yeah, I really don't care," but, let me tell you, last night was so much fun, I can't help but talk about it.
Like the dumbass that I am, I forgot my camera of course, but it was still one of the best nights of my life. Those of you who were there should comment and agree, so that those of you who weren't know that I'm not kidding.
