central park. hiding out in the treecover, i've been waiting for this storm for two years. i can smell the rain, lightning in my fillings, i dont ever need to speak again. looking hard. there are so few people i care about, the others cut themselves down. i couldnt care less.

i hadn't seen lightning in two years. we don't get storms like that in washington. rain, YES. lightning, no. i couldn't figure out what it was for a good half hour. kept thinking, what is that STRANGE flashing?

lightning is good. i got a lot of northwestern blood, seattle actually. so i know what washington weather is like. a lot of people say they hate it, but theres something endearing about it.
