Step 1.
Prepare your base - resize, crop, etc.
Step 2.
Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color
Reds: 0, 0, +100, 0
Magentas: 0, -70, 0, 0
Step 3.
Layer > New Fill Layer
Fill it with #7b7266 and set it to Darken at 15-20%
Step 4.
Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Sat
On the Master settings, bump the saturation up to 35.
Step 5.
Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color
Reds: -100, 16, 100, 0
Yellows: -47, 0, -31, -22
Neutrals: 17, -11, -18, -17
Step 6.
Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color
Reds: 20, 0, 0, 10
Yellows: 0, 0, -30, 0
Step 7 (OPTIONAL)
Layer > Flatten Image
Duplicate your base
Filter > Sharpen
Set the sharpened layer to 20% opacity, then flatten image again

Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Curves
Input: 124, Output: 153
Input: 176, Output: 195
Step 5.
Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Sat
On the Master settings, put the hue up to 20
Step 6.
Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color
Whites: 100, 0, -100, 0
Step 7.
Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Brightness/Contrast
Brightness: -10
Contrast: 10
Step 8.
Duplicate your base layer and set it to Luminosity at 100%
Drag it above your color fill layer and then flatten your image
