Well this weekend was ok the tournament sucked and I hurt my hand so I cant play in the game today or tomorrow which is also why I am out of school today because I have to go to the doctor yeah.....neway I cant wait till spring break I hate school if it wasnt for taking exams I would go like one day a week heh... I wouldnt do the zone diet if i were you...it says you have to stay away from carbs and if youre playing sports you prolly need carbs.

But I don't think you really need to go on a diet, youre gorgeous right now, and you were last year before you lost weight. But thats just my opinion, if you want to it's your choice (obviously lol).

Yes I agree I am totally against no carbs so thanks for the advice! Thank you bunches you are too sweet I only plan on losing 3-5 lbs before swimsuit season ya know??
