My creativity has escaped me as of late. There was so much in me after her passing, I was overflowing with ideas. And then life caught up to me and the creativity disappeared. What makes us who we are?

Does the pain come from the fact that we aren't spending our lives together or that we can't share our lives with one another?

One of my favorite sayings is "you've got to walk through the rain to know how good the sun feels." I really believe in it and it has been more prevalent than ever for me lately. 2009 was such a rough year. 2010 is my greatest year yet.
