Why is it every guy I feel attracted to becomes aloof? Is it the universe moving those guys into my life, or is it something I'm doing to them, some pheremonal reaction or something?

If it's pheremones, why does it work over the computer? Do computers read pheremones?

Remember, the Bible goes into great detail about how Jacob spent 14+ years on his self-serving request for a wife. If God had wanted a Swine-Flu curing eunuch, you would have been born without balls.

As far as aloofness goes, one possible explanation is that a lot of men (and women for that matter) are scared out of their wits of commitment. I have one good friend who was badly hurt in a previous relationship, so now he's gun-shy, and whenever he finds anyone that he would be good with, he subconsciously distances himself from him.
