seriously though, i've noticed that some people just look at you like you're insane. but once you tell them why you're doing it, some will give you tips and be more supportive. others are like "umm.. good luck with that." it's kind of discouraging, but i read on wikihow that you should keep a quotation or picture or some other sort of snippet on a mirror, monitor, or refrigerator to 'remind' you of why you're doing this, and to give you encouragement.
i'm sure tips like that aren't only good just for changing your diet, but for anything you're doing in your life.
