Even as I sit here with nothing going on, tv is on mute really the only sound that is happening is the ac, even then it's not quiet. Headaches have been getting worse and I just don't know how to turn it off. It's so damn loud and chaotic in my head all day all the time. Younger bro, blood of my blood. Im sorry your feeling this way. i know How this "situation" Just adds to the constant growing worries we face as we get older. I'm not gonna front and say I know exactly what your going thru in your head, because no one knows exactly what's going on in another's mind. But I can only compare to past experiences and learned lessons that have gotten me through racing thoughts in a clouded mind. The more you walk this path and dwell about your purpose in the blind, the worse it gets. i dont pretend to know everything but as a person of trust and care lf your well being i can always give an outside view and different perspective of the missteps and doubtful mindsets you make in your life, just as much as you can see mine. as my brother i expect you to guide me when im lost and check me when ive overstepped my boundaries, as your brother i also share that responsibility towards you. but you have to open up and share what you truly think and feel about the things in your life. I wish we could set up more times
