Well I've been in Iraq for almost four months now, and I'm just sitting here wondering why they even sent us. I could understand if there was an actual job for us but I don't understand it. i hate to say this again, cause i know i've probably said it to you about 60 times so far, but i miss you a lot!
personally, I don't believe that any american (especially you) needs to be in Iraq. To me, it seems like this entire "extended conflict" - or whatever misleading term they're calling this war-like installation - is just going on for the sole purpose of making profits. it's unfortunate that because of our government's greed, the folks back at the cal-de-sac (and other extended family members of the cal-de-sac) have to go without such a valuable member of their family.
