16th Annual May Day Fairie Festival

Gang - If anyone is looking for a great relaxing way to celebrate the beginning of spring, I HIGHLY recommend getting up to Spoutwood Farm for the May Day Fairie Festival.   Aside from attending, it is even MORE fun to volunteer and get to work behind the scenes.  You meet all kinds of interesting people and make new friends. I may be working that weekend w/ the Greyhounds. We won't be coursing them but we should be set up there. If I'm not moving my household goods that weekend, then I should see you :-)

I was taking Aidan to faire when he was a few weeks old, but I was REALLY hesitant and left early. And that was closer by, so I completely understand (this is about 15-20 minutes into PA off of 83). It is a fun, low-key way to just enjoy the weather, some hippie music, and beautiful colors. No rowdiness or bawdiness at all. By next year, this will be so cool for Mia to see!!

I'll be up in Gettysburg that weekend with a bunch of other crazy people. Wearing funny clothes (Civil War Era stuff) and chasing ghosts.
