This lady came up to us the other day while we were looking at the kitties in petsmart and told me I have 'fairy tale princess' hair. She asked me if she could touch it. She looked like a perfectly ordinary person besides, no warning at

well, you DO have nice hair. it's just a fact of science. and stuff.

people have asked to touch my hair (and a woman who has touched without asking--wtf?). i think it's weird, even if they do seem perfectly nice and normal.
