ooo! lucky! i've always wanted to do pole dancing classes ^_^

It was fantastic, and worked other muscles than I usually do in Yoga.
Plus, it's very feminine and flowy and sexy.

At the end of our session, the girls there showed us some of the advanced moves. They were AWESOME... they climbed up the poles and hung upside down and stuff. They defied gravity. So wicked.

I'm thinking of giving the Ayria band members a dress code for the stage.. you know, make them wear costumes and stuff. I think Joes should definitely include a guacamole helmet.
