I know people who have used Pro Activ and it's worked miracles for them. Honestly, I'm considering stocking up on the white towels and giving it a try myself. Do let me know how Philosophy works for you.

Oh, and congrats on the engagement! :)

Thanks! I also have friends that swear Pro Activ changed their skin. (Did you know you can get a 1 month trial pack for $20? That's a pretty good incentive to try it. I wish other brands had that too)

I'll have to see how things go with the Philosophy stuff.

see my post re: hemorrhoid ointment - the good news: it actually DOES work!!! (more for puffy bags than dark circles, although i did feel there was a bit of improvement there too).

congrats on tying the knot! (seems like an epidemic lately...)

Pro Activ isn't that bad... I don't know the condition of your skin but it didn't work for me. It's basically a three-product line with cleansing, toner, and cream (the usual). Right now I'm a part of a research for Tri Clear (based out of SF). I don't know the price, but after three weeks, I've noticed extreme improvement. Good luck!!!

Oh yeah, my boyfriend recently suggested trying olive oil soap with organic sugar. It makes my skin feel squeaky clean and does help with oil.
