This is a brief note to let my parents know that I am well. I am not at home, but I am well. I have taken up residency somewhere else for the time being, in an effort to avoid conflict and get some rest. Gregory is with me. We will be fine.

There is an emergency contact list in my purse and on my phone. I cannot trust myself to remain in control, therefore I am removing myself from the situation.
