In a few words...probably not. :-/
A passive aggressive tactic could be for you to lock down your myspace or unfriend her so that she can no longer see the pictures. As long as your photos are easily viewed by anyone, there's not much you can say about her "stealing" them. You could send her a note stating what you did and why (taking your pictures wihtout permission) and if you really want to be super PA, tell her that she's welcome to visit anytime to capture her own pictures in person. ;)

You can "tag" your pictures with a watermark or some such, so people know she wasn't involved with taking them or being there, maybe?

It IS illegal to do this actually, just that most people don't care.

isn't there a way to block people from being able to take your pictures on myspace...i'll have to look but i thought there was a little box that you could check that prevented people from taking them.

Also, maybe tell her you're not comfortable who might be seeing pictures of your children.

I'm not sure if there is a way to stop people from taking pictures other than making them private. Maybe the best way would be to unfriend her and make your profile private.
