I don't think that you are narrow-minded, not at all. It may be silly, but I just like to see that you are voicing your opinion. I think it's just beautiful. I think that intelligence and the ability to analyze makes woman a more beautiful thing. I love you, hope you're doing well. (I miss you too...) :)

rent was always one of my favorites because i thought it was an example of people standing up the man... while still not getting the whole picture right. i saw it on stage, after i'd had the soundtrack memorized for a few years, and was kind of disappointed. they hated benny b/c he married the daughter of someone wealthy and stopped voicing his beliefs about helping people to get on their good side b/c the wealthy daddy wasn't interested. then i realized that all the characters are still very selfish, just like annie said, stuck in that 18yr. old mindset. b/c i was the same way. i work for disney, and to me, that was selling out. i still feel like a tool sometimes, but i'm realizing that some corporations actually have sound business practices and aren't all evil empires, (even though disney owns half the world, it's not all evil ( ... )

and reading you start off your journal talking about birthday suits, is one of the funniest things ever.
i dig that song. and what's funnier, is that mary day put that song on a mix for me, right after underoath's "dangerous business..", which is a song about the cruicifixion.
