"Nuke 'em!" was all I heard when I entered my Chemistry class on Friday. He had several people around him, all laughing and agreeing with his views on the American-Iraqi war. With that, I went over to him and asked him what he was talking about. Confidently, he looked at me and replied with, "I'm so sick of those fucking rag-heads fighting with us

Is violence the answer? Hardly, but after he's down and out, feeling like shit when he wakes up, covered in bruises and blood, I can look down at him and say, "You think you're hurt now? Try killing a man. Any man. The pain you know now is nothing compared to that which you'll inflict on yourself."
To be honest, I'm so mad right now that I can't compose my thoughts. I had this nice long speech written out in my head about what a moron this guy is, and now it's gone.

Also, I hate the fact when people show pictures about war, it's ALWAYS on the opposing sides . Sorry guys, but were americans... have you no moral support for your country? The previous images are AMERICAN deaths and what happens when /our/ soldiers fights. The Iraq's, Jew's, and Japanese are NOT the only ones hurting.
Enjoy.

And the Holocaust pictures had nothing to do with the opposing sides of the Americans... it was Germany's attack on the Hungarians. These pictures were EXAMPLES of the outcomes of war.
And what's the deal with you denying my respect for America? Not once did that spew out of my mouth.

I'm simply replying to your comment. I'm not trying to make you sound like an idiot or make him sound good, I'm simply stating a side no one has really touched. I assume I may have missed the point of this LJ entry, and I would never try to intentionally piss you off. I commented on what I deemed necessary, not in an awesome-post-to-bash-ageh post. =)
And I, never denying your respect for America (so do /not/ accuse me of that), was making a statement on behalf on all americans. They were simple statements viewed in your eyes as threats to your ideas and opinions.
I posted those pictures because I felt it was necessary. When so many speak about war, the American deaths seem as casually spoken of as anything. As if the Jewish community was more important (not that they're any less, but you get my point xD). I see what you meant though by your images you posted eariler, which is a /mistake/ on my behalf, and I apoligize for it.
