oh man....i'm really really sorry :-( My best advice for dealing I guess would be to let yourself be sad for a little while-eat ice cream, listen to break up songs, cry, etc but put a limit on it so you don't get stuck. After that, just start trying to get back to normal and not dwell on it. Again, I'm really sorry, I hope you feel better!
I'm so sorry. I'd hug you if I could. This will have to do: *hug* I agree with Amanda, you can't dwell on it too much, don't let it overtake you past a certain point. You are a very strong person, and I know you can get through it.
Have a girls night and enjoy the company of your friends. Get out of the house and go to the mall or do something to spoil yourself. Relish what you have done on your own like teach a bunch of kids from a shady part of town how to play and appreciate music.
How do I personally deal with it? I cry my eyeballs out and listen to crappy music. When that phase passes I listen to angry music. I also go into hyper fitness/health mode. After I get over that and eat icecream and get fat. Finally I get back to normal and am happy again.
