I know that I've chosen happiness over financial gain. Perhaps a good balance between the two would work better. I like the idea of taking one day at a time, and not worrying how I'll get where I want to be. I've learned that things have a way of working out. I'm going to see the world. And I'm not going to sell my soul in exchange for it.

If it's a job you don't hate, then definitely take it.
Money does open doors. It doesn't open ALL doors, which is where most people trip up in their ways of thinking. So long as you keep that in mind, I think your head'll keep steady.

thanx, but I'm pretty sure at this point we're a bunch of MAD hippies.

maybe I should ignore the hippie shit.

Hippies stink anyway!

cept for when you wake them up at 5 am to walk to robie street, cycle to a lake for about an hour ride , swim till 10 or 11am or so, and sit in nasty slimy water with the ducks all around you, till their white skirt gets brown.

maybe they don't stink.

HIPPIE!
Fondest memory.

Money isnt everything. Its definitely about happiness. If you arent happy it will lead to trouble. I have learned this many a times over. Trust me. you should always be happy. You spend most of your adult life working so you may as well enjoy it. Not that I wouldnt be happy if you stayed in cowtown for a while. :)
