Just date someone who annoys the hell out of you and then maybe you can avoid the whole smothering thing?
It sucks that things didn't work out, and everything cascaded into a catastrophe. I hope you find work soon so you've still got a roof over your head :(

you'll be okay i know you will. you just have to be sad be for a bit and find a new job. and if you do have to move back home your friends will pick you up. but you can get through this. i promise.
