I had plans to go running today around 4 o'clock, but I took a nap which was only supposed to last about 30 minutes to an hour. Next thing I know it's 8:45pm and almost dark outside. ...O well. Not much I can do now.

Not much to write about right now....

Over the past few days I've been gradually falling deeper and deeper into depression. I'm not out of medicine, I'm just not taking it. I don't know why. So now it's at the point where I feel like shit. I have to take it today. If I don't, tomorrow will be absolute hell and I can't afford that since I'm meeting some friends in the morning. I slept last night, but it was only for a couple more hours. I was 30 minutes late to work because my alarm didn't wake me up. Now I'm exhausted and can't concentrate.
