yeah.. i do that too. no matter how flat my abs are, i still am not satisfied, and sometimes i just dont feel like eating, but i know that i have to and i should.. and you dont have to eat a lot in one sitting. like, if you eat 5 smaller meals a day, then you might feel better. and thats better for you anyway. and eat healthy foods too. cause if you just stop eating altogether, your body goes on starvation mode, so that on the occasion where you actually DO eat, your body keeps it ALL and stores it as fat, so then you actually will be fat. lol. and thats not a good thing, cause fat people suck. ; ) and also, the more exercise you get, the bigger your appetite, so go out and run, walk, or rollerblade or something. : )
Hmm, I'm not really sure, but maybe you should ask your parents about it? Maybe your mom, or just go to the doctors. Do you take medication for your bi-polar? If so, maybe that's effecting your eating habits. Well, I added you, I hope you don't mind. <3

ignore it, and eat at least a little something- like a few crackers- soon your appetite will come back
