ok, so my research topic is something like..."Even though society's attitudes towards homosexuality has vastly changed over the past three decades, this change is not perceived by adolescents at the time when they first realize their sexuality. That's a wicked awesome paper topic :D Or research whatever you're doing. Now all you need are some charts and graphs to make it look pretty.

the one problem is that i can't find any logistical information about gay suicides. aka... i dont know what the rate was in 1991 compared to 1995 or to 2000 etc. argness. but thanks for the loving of the topic!

I stumbled on a whole website of teen suicide stats once that included a lot of info on gay suicides and such.
If it's not due before I get back to the states I can try to help you out, otherwise, just start looking up teen suicide stats.

if you contact the governor's commission on gay & lesbian youth you could probably get a lot of statistics and stuff. this is what is on their website: http://www.mass.gov/gcgly/yrbs03.pdf
