I believe that Martin is running his D20 Modern/D&D game on fridays. Q is moving to Wednesdays with Talislanta. I'm about the only one running a standard D&D campaign now. That's on Tuesdays.

The next book in the Dead series comes out in May. I have it on reserve at the library - I'm #2 on the hold list. *grins* If you're really anxious, the first chapter of the book is on the author's website - just her name dot com.

well yes james is the only one running a standard game and that works for me i dont know but jon might want to run on fridays if he ever gets the chance.. and from what ive seen jon wouldnt do too bad but who knows we stil have a couple of cheese mongers too so it mightbe short lived but im guessing jon is prepaired for that ...

Ps i would give you a hug but i feel it would be in bad taste after all im an asshole (self proclaimed by the way) and you are sick i dont want and illnesses... sorry.

actually i just thought about it calling wouldnt be very good since the phone is usaully tied up but if you want you can post a time preferably on the weekend when i dont have to worry about being at work or something but if it must be during the week then either have it be before 4:30 pm or after 10:00pm cause thats the only time im really available during the week ...

How far are you all along in the Anita Blake books? I lost interested after Narcisus in Chains when everything turned to mindless sex.

Rock. On. I really like my character in your game. =) Though it'll be a bit harder sans Treyvan (sp?), I still think we can have us a good time.

And I concur on the Anita Blake book situation. Once skipping past the sex scenes turned into skipping past pretty much the whole book, I lost interest. Took me to the end of the series at that time to realize it; this was before the latest book, which I still haven't read.

*sniffle* I miss the Tormented, Neo-Virginal, Episcopalian Anita. She had more time to actually, you know, kill things, and be semi-realistic.

Yeah, chaste Anita was interesting. Slaying monsters, interacting with coworkers, telling Jean-Claude to go fuck himself.
Horny Anita is just boring. Fuck Jean-Claude, fuck the were-guy, stripper dance, that's it.
Where's the plot anymore? Where are the interesting characters like Larry the newb and Zerbroski?
Laurel K. Hamilton needs to get Anita back to the basics of killing things and doing the job as opposed to doing the monsters.

My regular game is going to be a starting level 5 greyhawk game. You are invited to join in.
The one shot things will happen roughly once a month. Was considering redoing plot and everything each time, but if you all want, we can continue the evil plot till it's completed. Let me know what you think.
