I have been eating Salads for lunch and often dinner too for almost 2 weeks. I love the results im getting, but am really starting to get bored with my options. Does anyone have any good salads, dreddings, mixes that they love? Please share them with me. If it doesn't include processed food thar would be great too as im trying to give it up.

I like buying slaw mix (just shredded cabbage/carrots) and putting kraft free Italian dressing on it. If you want crunchies you can put in some pieces of ramen to make a healthy version of that slaw my mom makes. Also I like to jazz up regular salad with different lettuces. Romaine with fresh dill is one of my favorites.

I second the Kraft free zesty italian. That's what lost me the weight the first time around. This time, I'm doing more weight watchers stuff. Sara Lee makes this wheat sandwich bread that's only 45 calories a slice, so four slices are equivalent to one slice of regular white bread.
