Does anyone know if Activia yogart is just for women? Their web site does not seem to specify, my sister claims it is for women though. I think they probably just market it towards women. I guess even if its for women, whats the worst that could happen, am I not gonna make good babies if I eat it, but my digestive system will be regular

Activa is not just for women, although I think that's who they market to. Fucking enjoy your yogurt, who cares, it's just yogurt. Peter takes my midols when he has bad headaches, they are more powerful than tylenol.

you need to spice it up ... look at the atkins website because they have lots of yummy good recipes that are easy to make. :)
