i lost ten pounds!!

its taken almost 3 months but i finally lost ten pounds!!! i know thats pretty insignificant compared to what i have left to loose... but... for me is a pretty big step in the right direction. for the first time i actually somewhat believe that i'll be able to loose the weight.
