Do you have a drive 'D:' on there with a complete image of a new installation, or is drive 'D:' your CD-ROM drive (in My Computer)?

I'm not 100% sure how you would go about doing this, or if you'd need a specific program, but that would suggest that you can reload everything from drive D: to restore it to the way you got it, if it's just a software issue... Maybe your M A B contact can confirm whether this is its purpose? (It could also just be the base image from Toshiba, not including ZoomText and such.)
